Holy Baptism is one of the fundamental sacraments of the Christian faith.
The sacrament of baptism uses water to signify the entrance of the individual into the Christian faith and the church community. At St. David’s, we hold our services of baptism on Sunday morning, in the presence of the gathered parish family.
In order to prepare for baptism, we ask that adults and older children seeking to be baptized, the parents of infants and younger children to be baptized, and sponsors and Godparents of candidates, attend our baptism preparation class on the Saturday immediately preceding the baptism. Contact the church office for details.
