The theme for this year’s Sunday Night Live series is civility. We will host speakers that will help us understand the power of civility and our own implicit bias.
Join us for a discussion with Davidson County Juvenile Court Judge Sheila Calloway and Juvenile Court Clerk Lonnell Matthews talk about juvenile justice, the education and public safety issues they see every day in the court system, and ways St. David’s might get involved and help create positive change in the city. Judge Calloway was elected to an eight-year term in 2014 after serving for 10 years as Davidson County Juvenile Court Magistrate. Matthews was elected in 2018 after leading the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhoods and Community Engagement for nearly three years and serving on the Metro Council from 2007 to 2015.
